Started in 2020 as a Fintech, providing Loan Origination and monitoring services to banks, we quickly pivoted into Real Estate Focused services and products and have continued to grow steadily over the last 5 years.

As a tech-enabled and product-first solution provider to Real Estate Developers, we are currently servicing more than 3 Million Square Feet Real Estate Projects under our brand – “CREDspaces”. Our Fintech Platform, Dhan-o, helps users get quick loan sanction for mortgage related products – Home Finance, Commercial Shop Purchase Loan and Loan Against Property.

We are launching our Proptech and Fractionalization platform in October 2025, while we will be starting our Housing Finance Company by October 2026.
